Led by experienced local guides, our walking and jeep safaris offer the chance to encounter rhinos, elephants, and, if luck is on your side, a wild tiger. Every tour is different, shaped by the landscape, the season, and the life that moves through it.
Jungle Walk
Full day / half day
A jungle walk is the best way to experience Bardia National Park. We set out early in the morning and spend the whole day in the jungle. Our experienced guides will use their knowledge and experience to give you the best chances of seeing wild animals and nature. Tigers, rhino, elephants, monkeys and birds are all possible, but can never be guaranteed. That is the beauty of wild nature. Jungle lunch prepared and packed by our chef Hari is included in the full day tour. The safari can be customized to fit the interests of the guest. Maximum 5 guests per guide.

Jeep Safari
Full day / half day
With a jeep we reach a bigger area of jungle and can more quickly move from one area to another if we hear about any sightings from fellow guides. Our experienced guides will use their knowledge and experience to give you the best chances of seeing wild animals and nature. Tigers, rhino, elephants, monkeys and birds are all possible, but can never be guaranteed. No safari is the same. That is the beauty of wild nature. Jungle lunch prepared and packed by our chef Hari is included in the full day tour. The safari can be customized to fit the interests of the guest. Maximum 9 guests per jeep.

Rafting Safari
Full day
Full day rafting along the Karanali river into the heart of Bardia national park. Our experienced guides navigate you safely down the serene Karnali while also making sure to keep their eyes and ears toward the jungle so that you will have the best possible chance of seeing wildlife as you are passing. Listen to the birds and monkey calls and enjoy the beauty of nature. You might encounter endangered specie like the gangetic dolphin, gharial crocodile, exotic bird. Jungle lunch cooked by our chef Hari is included in the tour. Minimum 2 and maximum 5 guests per raft. No rafting during December because of low water in the river.

Overnight Stay in Treehouse
Overnight
Spend the night high among the treetops. In the community forest, just next to the national park, you’ll find this treehouse. Perched at the top of a giant tree, it looks like it has jumped straight from the pages of a picture book. Spend the evening searching the greenery below for signs of wildlife, and the night listening to the warning calls of deer, monkeys, and birds. If you are lucky, you may hear a tiger roar.
